Have you already set up an appointment and dropped off your vehicle? Wondering what’s next? At Belton Transmission, we will complete a Digital Vehicle Inspection and send you the report, complete with pictures and findings, via email or text message. This allows our customers to review the documents and the costs associated with each recommended service and decide on a task-by-task basis what will be approved to be completed by our technicians.

After you approve or decline recommended services, we will complete the approved items. Then we will contact you via email or text to inform you that your vehicle is ready for pickup. Also, your digital receipt and service records will be digitally provided for your safekeeping. Of course, if you are more comfortable with phone calls and printed records, we are happy to provide those.
